Rachel is an associate of Kennedys. Her practice covers a wide range of areas including financial services regulatory investigations and proceedings (including investigations into market misconduct and litigation relating to allegations of fraud), commercial litigation and arbitration, debt claims and mortgage action, professional negligence claims and insurance matters (in particular, professional indemnity and directors and officers claims).
In the course of her practice, she has acted for international and local companies, professional services firms and individuals working in regulated industries or professions.
Educated at the King’s College London with an undergraduate degree in law, Rachel joined Kennedys as a trainee solicitor in 2010 and was admitted into practice in 2012.
Rachel speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and can read and write English and Chinese (both Traditional and Simplified).
