Ms Chih graduated from the University of HK ( LLB ) and has been practicing as a barrister in HK since 1986 .She has attained a master degree in International Law from the University of Bristol in 1993, a diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2005 , and a master degree in Counselling from the Monash University, Australia in 2011.

Ms Chih has been accredited as a mediator in HK since 2009, and has attended further advanced mediation training at the University of Oxford in 2014 and at the Harvard University in 2015 and 2016 . She is now in active practice of mediation in various legal field including personal injury , matrimonial , probate, contract , commercial and land matters.
