Martina joined Walkers’ Hong Kong office in June 2015 where she is an Associate in the Corporate and Investment Funds Group. Martina specialises in private equity funds and in addition advises on general corporate matters.

Martina advises a wide range of clients including corporations, investment banks, private equity houses and investment managers on the formation of private equity funds and other general corporate matters.

Prior Employment Experience
Prior to joining Walkers in June 2015, Martina was an associate in the Private Funds Group of Kirkland & Ellis’ Hong Kong office and has also previously worked in the Private Funds Group of King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin in London. At each of these firms, Martina advised a broad range of corporate and private equity clients on a variety of international and domestic transactions.
