David obtained his LL.B. at HKU and LL.M. at Georgetown University. He was called to HK Bar in 2005 and the New York Bar in 2014. He is a currently a member of Sir Oswald Cheung’s Chambers. His recent cases on New Territories include GOTLAND ENTERPRISES LIMITED v KWOK CHI YAU HCMP 4550/2003 and TSANG YUET MUI v. WAN ON HCMP2314/2012.
