Hong Kong Notaries Public authenticate documents mainly for overseas use, with a foreign dimension. As businesses are becoming global, the number of company documents to be notarised for overseas use is increasing rapidly.
Now, notarial instruments of Hong Kong Notaries Public have evidential status here in Hong Kong Courts by virtue of the recent legislation of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance 2014.
