Yvonne Ho

Founder, Head of Legal and Compliance

Ms. Ho started her legal career with Lawson Lundell Lawson & McIntosh, British Columbia, Canada specializing in real estate and banking transactions where she returned to Hong Kong in the mid-1990s to join Clifford Chance specializing in banking and project finance transactions. She subsequently went inhouse in Credit Suisse and was appointed as a regulator with the Stock Exchange specialising in enforcement actions.

She served as a member of the Hong Kong Listing Committee from 2012 to 2018 and was appointed as a member of the Hong Kong Listing Review Committee in July 2025.

Ms. Ho is admitted as a solicitor and barrister in British Columbia, Canada, a solicitor in England and Wales as well as in Hong Kong.

Nicolette Ling

Training Coordinator

Nicolette is a legal and compliance professional with experience across investment management, consulting and legal practice. She is currently Legal & Compliance Manager at Cheetah Investment Management Limited, where she advises on legal, regulatory, AML/CFT and corporate governance matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Nicolette joined Courses & Seminars Limited as Training Coordinator in 2020. She supports the development and delivery of professional training programmes for the legal, accounting and financial services sectors, including programme and speaker coordination, course content and professional accreditation.

She holds an LLM and Legal Practice Course (Distinction) from BPP University, an LLB from the University of Leeds, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba.

From decades of experience working with SFOs across both “old money” and “new money” ultra wealthy families, Iggy is adept at strategizing and pioneering a full range of new solutions while keeping risk management paramount. Close to clients throughout his four decades in banking, he now brings his inside knowledge of the financial industry plus his leadership and management savvy to benefit SFO clients. As Principal Consultant, he will be Project Lead for client assignments, bringing in team expertise as required.

Francis Pun is an established technology and cybersecurity leader with over 25 years of industry experience leading enterprise sales and go-to-market functions. He specializes in translating complex technical risks into clear, actionable strategies to make cybersecurity practical and accessible for business leaders. He holds an MBA from a leading Canadian business school and currently serves as Co-Internal Vice Chair of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. He also sits on the leadership council of a major Canadian university’s Hong Kong alumni body and remains actively engaged in his business school alumni community.

Shirley Xie

Head of Accounting and Management

Shirley Xie is a senior executive with over 30 years of cross-border experience in Canada, Hong Kong and mainland China. She currently serves as part-time Senior Advisor at KPMG, and was previously Partner at McKinsey responsible for building their implementation practice in China and a senior leader at PwC. A qualified CPA in Canada and Hong Kong, she holds executive education from INSEAD and Harvard Business School. She specialises in strategy execution, business transformation, digital and risk services, and is a well-recognised industry commentator featured in major global and local media.
