Victoria is a barrister at Gilt Chambers whose practice focuses on matrimonial and greater family disputes, trusts and probate matters, and shareholder disputes.
She regularly appears in the family court for trial and interlocutory matters. She is a member of the Family Law Association and assists the bar’s Standing Committee on Family Law.
In terms of trust and probate, her work includes advising beneficiaries of a trust holding a major stake in a listed company and a case concerning the testamentary capacity in a $400M estate.
Finally, she has acted for minority shareholders in enforcement and injunctive actions and advised start ups on shareholding structures and rights.
Prior to becoming a barrister, Victoria graduated from the University of Oxford and was a solicitor at Allen & Overy and Sullivan & Cromwell. She engaged in M&A, restructuring, enforcement and listed companies work, and continues to advise on these matters. She was also a Judicial Assistant to the Court of Final Appeal.
