Tim has extensive experience in commercial litigation and arbitration.  He has featured in reported cases in Hong Kong, England and in the Eastern Caribbean on shareholder disputes, unfair prejudice and derivative actions at appeal level and first instance, including Antenna Investment Limited v Asia Television Limited [2015] 1 HKLRD 607.
