Peter Barnes is a member of Parkside Chambers, having joined there in March 2014. His practice focuses on matrimonial and judicial review cases. In the course of the past 3 years he has regularly appeared in the Family Court in contested matters including ancillary relief trials and in children-related matters, including those involving applications for removal/relocation.  Peter is past Chairman of the Hong Kong Family Law Association.
