Mr. Ng Aik Kai is a Managing Associate of Simmons & Simmons JWS.

Mr. Ng Aik Kai has extensive experience acting for managers and trustees of collective investment schemes on a variety of transactions, with a particular emphasis on fund launches and annual relodgements.

He advises on the authorisation and recognition of funds for public offer (including the listing of ETFs). He also has experience in advising trustees of REITs listed in Singapore, with respect to initial public offerings, property acquisitions, financing transactions and medium term note programmes.
