Mr. John Kondos is the Asia Pacific Lead Partner for Financial Services Transfer Pricing at KPMG.

John has completed a large number of Financial Services Advance Pricing Arrangements (APAs) as well as transfer pricing audit defence and controversy management in Japan, China, Australia, Singapore and involving the US, UK, Germany, Canada and other key jurisdictions.

As a dedicated FSTP specialist, John leads the Asia regional Financial Services Transfer Pricing team covering transfer pricing documentation, planning, controversy, audit resolution, including competent authority matters.

John has extensive experience in asset management transfer pricing covering traditional, alternative, PE and real estate funds, John has assisted numerous asset managers in tax audit defence, TP policy design including risk mitigation and migration strategies in HK, Singapore, China, Japan and across the Asia region.

Having lived and worked in Asia for over 16 years, John has extensive experience specializing in financial TP issues across the region.
