GRC Chamber

He is the Managing Principal of GRC Chamber, an Independent Compliance House serving financial institutions and listed corporations, including a SVF issuer under HKMA and two of the four largest asset management corporations of China over their HK core businesses. Prior to founding GRC Chamber, Jason has worked in two Top-5 International Accounting Firms for over 12 years with last position held as Principal of Risk Advisory.

Over the years, Jason has managed many compliance engagements, including those directly appointed by SFC, over thematic topics such as AML, Asset Misappropriation, SVF Licensing, Technology Risk Management and Investment Suitability across Banking, Securities Trading, Asset Management and Insurance industries.

In the Capital Market, Jason has also managed almost 100 successful IPO / Resumption due diligence and Internal auditing projects for listed corporations. Jason is also good at corporate restructuring and transactions, including CCT, convertible bonds, placement and right issue.

Jason obtained a Finance & Accounting bachelor degree from Ryerson University, Canada, and is an Associate Member of The Association of Certified Fraud Examiner and The Association of Certified AML Specialists.
