Ma has been practicing laws since 2002. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance including equity financing and debt financing. She has experience in advising local and overseas corporate and private clients on acquisition and disposal of shares and businesses in companies. She has acted for companies and sponsors on initial public offerings and listings on the Main Board and GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and transfer of listing from GEM to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

She has recently worked on the listing of Mastercraft International Holdings Limited on GEM in 2012 (with GEM stock code: 8146) and the transfer of the same company to the Main Board in 2015 (with Main Board stock code: 3966); and she also worked on the listing of RM Group Holdings Limited listed on GEM in 2013 (with GEM stock code: 8185) and its transfer to the Main Board in 2015 (with Main Board stock code: 932).
