Building on her academic training and previous work experience in solicitors’ private practice, Fiona’s duties as Claims Specialist in the Financial Services & Professions Group are advising clients on claims relating to professional negligence, listed companies and Director & Officers.  Claims & litigation management, interpretation of policy wordings, investigation and recovery processes are a regular part of her daily work.

Fiona initially joined Aon in the general insurance claims department in early 2016 on secondment from Mayer Brown JSM where she was part of the insurance team. At Mayer Brown JSM, Fiona assisted and handled Employee’s Compensation, personal injuries proceedings, industrial summons, public liability and professional indemnity cases. She was also a secondee to the Dairy Farm Claims Team.
