Mr. Cecil Kwong is a Partner of Kwok Yih & Chan, specializing in capital markets, corporate finance and regulatory compliance matters in Hong Kong. Mr. Kwong has strong expertise and extensive experience in advising multinational corporations, issuers going public, financial institutions and high net worth individuals on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions. The recent work of Mr. Kwong includes acting for Cheung Kong Holdings in its acquisition of sixty aircrafts from Europe and the US and Phoenix Healthcare Group in its pre-IPO fund raising, IPO and post-IPO regulatory matters.

Mr. Kwong has participated in many cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and other commercial transactions. Mr. Kwong has broad experience in a wide range of industries, ranging from gaming, healthcare, real estate, mining and natural resources, to consumer markets and telecommunications.
