Carol obtained her LL.B. at the University of Hong Kong and LL.M. at the University of Cambridge as a British Chevening Scholar.  She was called to Hong Kong Bar in 2013 as a Bar Scholar and a Charles Ching Scholar.  She is currently a member of the Sir Oswald Cheung’s Chambers.  Her recent cases involving the New Territories land include SIU KAI MING v. LAU SAI HING (2015) 18 HKCFAR 38; LAU WING YIU v. NG MOK HING and others, HCA 165/2016 (unreported), judgment dated 22 January 2016; FAIRWING INVESTMENT LTD v. WAN SAI CHUNG and WAN SAI HANG, HCA 2460/2014 (unreported), judgment dated 10 May 2016.
