Ms. Ho graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a law degree and obtained an MBA at York University, Toronto. She has been practising law for over 25 years and has spent 4 years working in an investment bank, where she was promoted to managing director. Two years after returning to private practice, Ms. Ho opened her own law firm, Angela Ho & Associates.

Ms. Ho has extensive experience in corporate finance and restructuring laws. She has advised numerous companies on public listings and transactions, including H-Share and red-chip companies. While an investment banker, Ms. Ho acted as sponsors and financial advisers and has acquired an insider’s knowledge of the roles played by various intermediaries in the listing process. She is currently an independent non-executive director for 2 listed companies in Hong Kong.
