Andrew is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Hong Kong office. His practice focuses on investment funds for Asian clients and includes advising on all aspects relating to the formation and maintenance of both private equity and hedge funds. In addition, he advises on a broad spectrum of matters, including downstream corporate and finance transactions, public and private mergers and acquisitions, as well as on general corporate law.

Andrew joined the Maples Group in 2017 in Hong Kong. Prior to that, Andrew was Counsel at Haiwen & Partners in Hong Kong and spent over six years in the Hong Kong office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He has been recommended by The Legal 500 and IFLR1000
