William Lee joined Walkers’ Hong Kong office in July 2016 where he is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Investment Funds Group. William specializes in corporate work including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as the formation of private equity and hedge funds.

Prior to joining Walkers, William worked in the Corporate department of Mishcon de Reya in London, where he advised corporate clients and high net worth individuals on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions and general corporate matters.
