Mr. Phil Rodd is the APAC AML leader and the Hong Kong Risk Leader for Ernst & Young. Phil and his team are responsible for providing regulatory compliance advisory services to financial institutions on AML and KYC engagements. He has worked with clients to assess the effectiveness of improvement plans and advises clients on the impact on behalf of the regulators. Phil is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in the UK. He has over 27 years’ experience in accounting and risk management including working with a global bank in Frankfurt, London and Tokyo.
