Nicholas Blackmore is Practice Group Leader – IT & Privacy law at Kennedys Hong Kong. Nicholas has 14 years experience advising on privacy, technology and intellectual property issues in Hong Kong and Australia. In Hong Kong, Nicholas has advised clients including the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, Marriott, the Equal Opportunity Commission, Sun Life, Cigna, Ageas and ACE Insurance. In Australia, Nicholas built up industry experience through secondments at Foster’s Group, BP Australia, Linfox, the Communications Alliance and NBN Co. He holds a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.
