Mitchell Birks is qualified in Hong Kong and Australia, and currently practices mainly in commercial litigation advising local and overseas clients on a variety of corporate and commercial disputes. He appears mainly in the High Court and District Court of Hong Kong.

Mitchell has degrees in business and law and has been advising and acting for employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment-related issues since he started practice. He has also lectured in a Hong Kong university on corporate and internet related law subjects.
