Louise is an associate in the financial markets group of Simmons & Simmons.  She advises on the establishment, authorisation and ongoing compliance of a variety of SFC-authorised funds, including exchange traded funds, UCITS and unlisted funds.  She also regularly advises on the formation and regulatory issues relating to hedge funds.
