Josie is an associate in the investment funds team in Hong Kong. Josie advises an international client bases on private equity, unit trusts and hedge fund transactions. Josie also has experience in corporate transactions and advising on regulatory matters.

Josie joined the Maples Group in 2015. She previously worked for Clifford Chance in London and Hong Kong in a general regulatory role focusing on financial and corporate regulation, in particular with respect to fund and derivative regulatory issues.
