Jason Pearce manages the relationships between Old Mutual International and independant advisory firms in Hong Kong, China, Japan, the Philippines and South Korea.

Jason helps financial advisers with pensions (including QROPS), tax & trust cases, providing technical backup and training. He is UK QCA level 4 qualified, including holding the CII’s G60 pension transfer exam, as well as the STEP Advanced Certificate in UK Tax for International Clients.

He also helps advisers where appropriate to grow, transition and refine their businesses. This can include branding, defining client service propositions, building & maintaining investment processes, moving towards different remuneration options, including AUM models and planning exit strategies. He also links international advisers with UK IFAs where necessary (e.g. advising on DB pension transfers).
