Gurpreet has been a core team member of CompliancePlus over the past two years that she is heavily involved in handling various types of SFC licensing applications ranging from dealing in securities to asset management and handling special licensing projects such as licensing conditions uplift, shareholding changes etc. She is involved in providing compliance advisory services to clients in asset management and securities industry on a wide range of SFC related regulatory issues. She also provides training to clients and internal team members regularly on regulatory updates and clients’ documentation requirements.

Gurpreet obtained a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the City University of Hong Kong.
