Dennis received his legal education at the University of Sheffield and the University of Hong Kong where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws respectively in 2002 and 2005. After his admission as a solicitor in 2005, Dennis was in private legal practice focusing on employees’ compensation and personal injuries claims and had accumulated extensive experience in the area. Despite his tight work schedule, Dennis managed to pursue his studies on mediation and was accredited as a General Mediator of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre in 2013. He was also admitted to the mediator panel of the Law Society of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited. In 2016, Dennis left private practice and joined Allied World Assurance Co., Limited, a global provider of insurance and reinsurance solutions, as Assistant Vice President of the Claims Department, responsible for overseeing the construction employees’ compensation, casualty and medical malpractice claims team.
