Craig is a member of the Maples Group’s Funds team.  He advises on the structure, formation, launch and maintenance of hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, as well as downstream private equity transactions.  Craig also has experience working with mutual funds being offered to Japanese investors.  Craig joined the Maples Group in 2016.  He gained significant onshore experience as a senior associate in the M&A and corporate team of the London office of a major US firm, where he worked on cross-border M&A deals, private equity transactions, joint ventures, venture capital investments and fundraisings.
