Arthur is a Senior Manager in PwC’s Asset Management Assurance Practice in Hong Kong. He has more than 12 years of experience in providing assurance and regulatory advisory services (including statutory audits and internal controls/compliance reporting engagements) to alternative funds, regulated funds, pension funds and investment managers.

Arthur has extensive knowledge in the accounting and regulatory framework in the asset management industry in Hong Kong, as well as over the operational processes and control environments of different trustees/administrators and investment managers.

Arthur is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has been a workshop facilitator and an examination marker for its Qualification Programme since 2011.  Arthur is also actively involved in designing and presenting external and internal training courses for the asset management industry.
