China Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise (WFOE) Strategy

A Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise or WFOE is an entity in the PRC that incorporates with foreign capital but is governed by PRC Law. WFOEs provide significant advantages in that the Enterprise has exclusive control over the management and operation of the business. This structure provides foreign investors with the opportunity to tap into the PRC market.
