Charmaine Yip

Charmaine is a Manager in the Financial Services Assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong and has over 8 years of professional experience servicing clients in the asset management industry.
Charmaine has extensive experience in auditing private equity funds, funds of private equity funds, hedge funds, funds of hedge funds, Securities & Futures Commission (SFC) regulated funds and exchange-traded funds as well as regulated asset management companies. She has been involved in advising asset management industry clients in fund start-ups and SFC regulatory and compliance matters in Hong Kong.
Charmaine is also actively involved in designing and presenting accounting and auditing updates training courses for both external and internal parties and involved in the accounting technical committee of the asset management industry.
Charmaine is currently a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and was the HKICPA QP Final Examination Gold Award (Li Fook Shu Memorial Prize) Winner in December 2005.
