Terms and Conditions

1.
The course fee includes networking lunch, course materials and refreshments unless otherwise specified.
 
2. To reserve your seat(s), please complete and forward the registration slip and full payment of fee by cheque to Courses & Seminars Limited, Room 1506 Wheelock House, 20 Pedder Street, Central, Hong Kong.
 
3. Our Individual Discount Schemes ("IDS") and Organisation Discount Schemes ("ODS") DO NOT apply to this executive course.
 
4. Payment must be received before the course commences in order to attend the course. Confirmations of bookings will only be issued by fax upon our receipt of full payment. If you have not received a confirmation of booking 24 hours prior to the commencement of the course, the delegate should contact Courses & Seminars at 2526-3313 to confirm their place and/or arrange for payment of course fees.
 
5. You may make substitution at anytime. Please notify us as soon as possible. A 100% refund (less HK$150 handling fee per participant) of the course fee will be given for cancellations, written notice of which must reach our office at least 7 days before the course date. A 50% refund will be given if cancellation notice Is received between 2-3 days before the course date. No refund will be given for cancellations received within 2 days before the course date.
 
6. Courses will be cancelled if the No.8 typhoon signal or black rainstorm warning is hoisted within 2 hours of the course or during the course. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, the course will be rescheduled or course fees may be transferred to another course that has not commenced. Course fees will not be refunded.
 
7. Courses & Seminars reserves the right to reschedule the course without any advance notice. If a course is rescheduled and the delegate cannot attend the rescheduled course, then course fees will not be refunded but can be transferred to another course(s) to be held within 12 months of the date of the rescheduled course, and the delegate or another person nominated by him/her can attend in his/her place.

Any bank charges and/or expenses incurred as a result of bounced cheques and/or wire transfer will be borne by the delegates.

Courses & Seminars will issue a certificate of attendance upon request for an administration fee of HK$20 per certificate.
