For Individual Discount Package
1.
IDP registrants may reserve a place in a course at any time at least 48 hours before the course commences. Courses booked under IDP are not transferable to another person.
2.
IDP is valid for a period of 11 months from the date of registration (extended to the end of that month).  Payment for IDP must be paid within 14 days of date of registration and in any event 48 hours prior to the commencement of the first course.
 
3. An IDP registrant who cannot attend a course must notify Courses & Seminars in writing as follows:

If the notification is received in writing at least 48 hours before the course commences, the fees paid can be applied toward another CPD / CPT course within the validity period of the IDP.

If the notification is received less than 48 hours but not less than 3 hours before the course commences, the fees paid (less 50% course fees as administration charge) can be applied towards another CPD / CPT course within the validity period of the IDP.
If notification is not received in accordance with conditions above, course fees will remain payable in full despite non attendance of the delegate.
4.
IDP is not applicable for conferences, workshops, executive courses and certification programmes (such as ICA International Diploma of Compliance, STEP Foundation Certificate and Diploma in International Trust Management, etc.) or other courses specified by Courses & Seminars.

5.
Other discount benefits cannot be used concurrently with IDP.

No refunds.
7.
Courses & Seminars reserves the right to cancel or alter the course without advance notice. If a course is rescheduled or cancelled, the registrant may choose to transfer to another course.


For Organizational Discount Package

1.
ODP is valid for a period of 11 months from the date of registration (extended to the end of that month).  Payment for ODP must be paid within 14 days of date of registration and in any event 48 hours prior to the commencement of the first course.
2.
ODP registrants may reserve a place(s) in a course at anytime at least 48 hours before the course commences. Courses booked under ODP may be transferable to another delegate from the same organization.
3.
An ODP registrant who cannot attend a course must notify Courses & Seminars in writing as follows:

If the notification is received in writing at least 48 hours before the course commences, the fees paid can be applied toward another CPD / CPT course within the validity period of the IDP.

If the notification is received less than 48 hours but not less than 3 hours before the course commences, the fees paid (less 50% course fees as administration charge) can be applied towards another CPD / CPT course within the validity period of the ODP
If notification is not received in accordance with conditions above, course fees will remain payable in full despite non attendance of the delegate.

Courses may be picked at any time at least 48 hours before the course commences. Any delegate of the registrant organization may attend a course.
5.
