Course Details
The property market in Hong Kong has remained active in spite of the financial turmoil. This course will provide an update on recent conveyancing cases and the areas which may lead to dispute. Lessons learned will then be discussed as well as tips and pitfalls to avoid in entering into Sales and Purchase Agreement and in completing a conveyancing transactions.
