While many investment markets are still experiencing the aftermath of the subprime crisis, the Asia bond market has been very active this year, as evidenced by some recent multi-hundred million issuance by Citic Bank International, New World Development and ICICI Bank. This course will provide a comprehensive overview and practical guide to the trends and legal developments of the Asia bond market.
