In light of the rapid economic development and internationalization of China market, it continues to reinforce foreign investors’ great interest in investing and doing business in China.  While many are considering to further expand their businesses in China, some are working to call back assets to their home country.  This course will provide a practical guidance and tips in relation to doing business in China, which includes both establishment and/or acquiring of FIEs as well as exploring practical issues and difficulties in operating an FIE in China.  Recent developments and topical issues will be explored and illustrated by case study.
