Partner, Jones Day

Ms. U is a partner with Jones Day. She is admitted in British Columbia, Canada and Hong Kong. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of British Columbia in 1987 and 1990 respectively. She articled and worked as an associate with a Vancouver city firm for four years before returning to Hong Kong in 1994. Ms. U is predominately involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and PRC related matters. She is also a council member of Hong Kong Young Legal Professionals Association.
