The course fee includes course materials and refreshments. The course fee does not include the administration fee for issuing the certificate of attendance unless otherwise specified.

To reserve your seat(s), please complete the registration online or complete the registration form and forward full payment of course fee either by cheque and mail to Courses & Seminars Limited, 22nd Floor, 100 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong or by direct transfer to our account at HSBC (102 - 437431 - 838).

Our Individual Discount Packages ("IDP") and Organization Discount Packages ("ODP") do NOT apply to executive courses.

Payment must be received before the course commences in order for you to attend the course. Confirmations of bookings and receipts will only be issued by email upon our receipt of full payment. If you have not received a confirmation of booking 48 hours prior to the commencement of the course, the delegate should contact Courses & Seminars at 2901-1333 to confirm their place and / or arrange for payment of course fees.

You may make substitution at anytime. Please notify us as soon as possible. A 100% refund (less HK$300 handling fee per participant) of the course fee will be given for cancellations by the registrant, written notice of which must reach our office at least 14 days before the course date. A 50% refund will be given if cancellation notice is received between 7 – 13 days before the course date. No refund will be given for cancellations received within 7 days before the course date.
If notification is not received in accordance with conditions above, course fees will remain payable in full despite non attendance of the delegate.

Courses will be cancelled if the No.8 typhoon signal or black rainstorm warning is hoisted within 2 hours of the course or during the course. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, the course will be rescheduled or course fees may be transferred to another executive course or regular CPD / CPT course that has not commenced. Course fees will not be refunded.

Courses & Seminars reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any courses without any advance notice. Rescheduling: If a course is rescheduled and the delegate cannot attend the rescheduled course, then course fees will not be refunded but can be transferred to another executive course or regular CDP/CPT course(s) to be held within 12 months of the date of the rescheduled course, and the delegate or another person nominated by him/her can attend in his/her place. Cancellation: If a course is cancelled (other than pursuant to paragraph 6), the delegate may obtain a refund or transfer such fees to another course and the conditions herein apply.

Any bank charges and / or expenses incurred as a result of bounced cheques and / or wire transfers will be borne by the delegates.

Courses & Seminars will issue a certificate of attendance per course per person upon request for an administration fee of HK$50 for non-members and HK$30 for members who register for the course online unless otherwise specified.
|
| 10.

Courses & Seminars will not issue an invoice for registration of a course except under special circumstances and Courses & Seminars reserves the right to charge an administration fee for providing that service.

Courses & Seminars will issue a formal receipt upon the payment of an administration fee of HK$30.
|
